Dinesh brings 27 years of global technology and leadership experience across automotive, banking and insurance, and IT services. As former CIO / IT Director for Volkswagen Group Japan, he has led enterprise technology, digital transformation, AI-enabled innovation and global teams.
Dr Himanshi brings 25+ years of experience in English education and language training, more than 10 years of international ESL training, and experience as a life coach, NLP trainer and communication specialist. She has trained thousands of students, professionals and teachers, and founded Think English Academy in 2014.
At Saarthi, the focus is to understand the business challenge, identify where technology or people development can create value, prove promising ideas through focused experimentation, and help organizations build the capabilities to sustain change.
